“Playtime With Aptamil Gold+” Giveaway Terms & Conditions

This “Playtime With Aptamil Gold+” Giveaway ("Giveaway") is organised by Danone Specialized Nutrition (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. ("Danone"). The mechanics of this Contest are explained below. By participating and entering this Contest, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein ("Terms and Conditions"):

1. Giveaway Period: 13 – 27 October 2023

2. The Giveaway Mechanics are as follows:

1. a. Follow AptaAdvantage SG Instagram page (@aptaadvantagesg)

   b. Post a picture of you and your child (1 year and above) doing their favourite outdoor activity and describe the moment in your captions.

   c. Include ‘I know that with Aptamil Gold+ growing up milk, my child stays resilient and protected at all times💙’ in your post captions.

   d. Tag @aptaadvantagesg in your post.

   e. Include hashtag #AptamilAdventure, #PlaytimewithAptamil and #AptaAdvantageSG

   f. Note: No multiple entries allowed. Make sure account is public so your picture can be viewed.

3. Prize: 1x Aptamil Gold+ Playtime Cardbox Treehouse (total of 3 to be won).

4. Winner Selection:

1. a. 3 (THREE) winners will be selected based on Instagram posts that AptaAdvantage SG is tagged in. The criterias to win are as follows:

   i. Have the most creative storytelling and photo (judged by Aptamil Team);

   ii. Followed all the instructions stated in the mechanics;

   b. All winners are notified and announced via our Instagram page latest by 3 November 2023.

   c. Each winner is only entitled to 1 (ONE) prize per household.

   d. Prizes will be sent to the home address provided by the winner within 3 weeks of announcement.

   e. Details on the redemption of the prize will be given upon confirmation of winners via Instagram direct message to AptaAdvantage SG official Instagram page.

5. The Giveaway is open to parents with children aged 1 to 6 years old only, residing in Singapore, except for the employees and immediate families of Danone.

6. Danone reserves the right to disqualify all registrations that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws and regulations. These include registrations submitted with invalid or incorrect information. Any registration containing elements of allegations or defamation, involving the misrepresentation, infringing (or may be infringing) any copyright, trademark, or any intellectual property rights or proprietary rights of any entity, both for survival and for the deceased (including privacy rights, publicity or fraudulent images) will be disqualified automatically.

7. The Prizes are strictly non-refundable and not exchangeable with cash.

8. Winner would have to provide necessary details mentioned in the winner announcement post via direct message to AptaAdvantage SG Instagram page. No calls/emails will be made/sent by Danone to remind on prize collection. Danone reserves the rights to deal with all unclaimed prizes in any manner deemed fit.

9. Danone reserves the rights to substitute the Prizes with other items of similar value at its discretion or to cancel, change, revise, terminate or suspend this Giveaway without prior notice for any reasons.

10. Any visuals of the Prizes are for illustration purposes only.

11. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any and all representations and/or warranties with respect to the Prizes are hereby excluded. Danone gives no warranty with respect to the merchantability of the Prizes or their suitability or fitness for any purpose or quality of the service in connection with the Prizes. The Prizes are provided on an "as is" basis.

12. Danone, all its promotion partners, and other parties involved in the Giveaway, including their directors, officers, and agents are not liable in any way for the following:

1. a. intervention by unauthorised parties during the Giveaway;

   b. any human errors and electronic/technical failure in the administration of the Giveaway and processing of entries;

   c. any entry that is lost, damaged, wrongly delivered or not received;

   d. and any liability (including death) whether directly or indirectly caused by their participation in the Giveaway and usage of the Prizes.

13. Danone shall not be liable for any default or loss suffered by any party due to natural disaster, war, riot, strike, industrial action, epidemic, pandemic, government restrictions or such other government actions, fire, flood, storm, technical failure or any event that is beyond the reasonable control of Danone.

14. By taking part in this Giveaway, participants agree and accept without condition that Danone Specialized Nutrition (Singapore) may elect to use your personal information contained herein for legitimate business purposes whilst placing your privacy or confidentiality with the highest priority. 15. Each participant hereby grants Danone the right and permission to use the Giveaway entry submitted by the participant, including any and all pictures, videos, recordings, descriptions, and any other content and information provided by the participant pursuant to this Giveaway (“Submitted Content”) in all forms and media indefinitely for any purpose and without remuneration or compensation to the participant. All Submitted Content for this Giveaway will be the property of Danone.

16. Danone may at its sole and absolute discretion amend the Terms and Conditions by way of email notification and the amended Terms and Conditions will take effect upon such notification.
