Unnecessary introduction of bottle feeding or other food and drinks will have a negative impact on breastfeeding. 1. Danone Specialized Nutrition (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. ("Danone") is organizing the following promotion: with every $280 nett purchase of Aptamil Participating Products, get a Sharp Plasmacluster Air Purifier FP-J30E-B worth $214 ("Premium") for FREE ("Promotion"). By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below ("Terms and Conditions").
2. "Participating Products"
a. refers to:
i. Aptamil Gold+ Stage 3 (900g);
ii. Aptamil Gold+ Stage 4 (900g);
b. excludes:
i. all types of infant formula (for 0-12 months of age).
3. "Participating Retailers”:
i. FairPrice retail stores. (Includes FairPrice Online)
ii. Cold Storage retail and online stores
iii. Sheng Shiong retail and online stores
iv. Giant retail stores
v. eCommerce stores ie RedMart, Shopee, Lazada Mall
4. Promotion period starts on 1st March 2024 and ends on 30th April 2024. All purchases have to be made during the Promotion period.
5. This Promotion is open to anyone residing in Singapore except Danone's employees and their immediate families. No traders allowed.
6. How to Redeem:
Store receipts from Participating Retailers must be uploaded at https://www.danone-redemption.com/aptamil.
• Upload Participating Retailers' stores receipt(s) at https://www.danone-redemption.com/aptamil. Ensure Participating Retailer’s name, Participating Products, amount spent every receipt, date of purchase and receipt number are shown clearly. Incomplete, unclear or blur images of the receipts or wrong submissions will not be entertained.
• Capped to a maximum of TWO (2) receipts per redemption, per submission.
• All redemption entries must be submitted online by 30th April 2024 2359hrs.
Receipt submission is only applicable for purchases made from FairPrice, Cold Storage, Sheng Siong and Giant retail and online stores. For purchases made from RedMart, Shopee and Lazada Mall, redemption entries will be considered submitted when vendor delivers the Participating Products.
No manual submission is required. Participants agree that where the Participating Products are not delivered by the vendor for whatever reason (notwithstanding that the condition of $280 nett
purchase of Aptamil Participating Products have been fulfilled), no redemption entry for the Promotion is submitted.
7. It is the responsibility of the participants to ensure the Terms and Conditions in paragraphs 1 to 7 are met in order to qualify for the Promotion. No calls will be made by Danone or its agencies to inform the participants of any disqualification.
8. Eligible and successful submissions will be sent a unique redemption letter via email, to the email address provided by the participant, within 2 weeks of the submission of receipts online.

10. Redemptions are awarded on a "first-come-first-served" and "while-stocks-last" basis.
11. All Premiums are not transferable or exchangeable for cash or any other item.
12. The warranty period of all Premiums shall be one (1) year only. Consumers need to register for warranty via https://sg.sharp/warranty within 14 days of collection.
13. The warranty is valid in Singapore only and entitled to 1-to-1 exchange with Sharp Authorized Service Centre within 7 days of collection for factory defects.
14. The warranty is void in the following cases:-
• The product under unusual excessive usage out of the normal operation for domestic purpose.
• Any part of parts therein is or are removed, modified, repaired by any person or persons not
authorised by SHARP.
• The product is damaged by accident, improper installation, lack of reasonable care, misuse or
any manner of tampering, fire, lightning, or Act of God.
• Installation to wrong AC supply voltage or subjected to abnormal voltage supply.
• Consumable components which are of any expendable nature and use of consumables which
are not originated by SHARP and/or recommended by SHARP for use exclusively.
15. This warranty does not cover:-
• External parts, such as panels, doors, body, cabinets, dented, corrosion, rusting or stains, LCD panel cracks, scratch or normal wear and tear.
• All accessories, such as filters and other consumables are excluded from this warranty.
• Cost of transport for onsite service.
• One to one exchange for display set purchased.
• Missing accessories or external parts of the product, unless such claim is made within 3 days from the date of collection.
16. The terms and conditions of Premium's warranty shall be limited as contained in this document and to the maximum extent permitted by laws, no other representations, terms, conditions or provisions either written or otherwise shall be accepted as adding to or subtracting from these terms or conditions. Danone shall in no way and under no circumstances be responsible and liable for any and all warranty as it relates to the Premium.

Danone reserves the rights to substitute the Premium with other items of similar value at its discretion or terminate this Promotion without prior notice. Participants shall not make any claim for compensation from Danone for any damages or losses incurred from such substitution or termination.
18. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the participant agrees to release all liability and waive all right against Danone and its officers, employees, representatives and designated agents (including suppliers or any third party) in respect of all claims, prosecution, judgment, loss or damage arising from the use of the Premium and/or from the participation in this Promotion.
19. By taking part in this Promotion, participants agree and accept without condition that Danone may elect to use your personal information contained herein for legitimate business purposes whilst placing your privacy or confidentiality with the highest priority.
